Time to move on to a bigger system. 4 litres wasn't enough and nor were 10. Just did not get enough to try and to give away. Really excited about brewing a big batch. Yesterday we had hiccups with the hot liquor tank and while i write this, Rahul is working on a new one. If the water batch goes well, we'll brew a simple Blonde Ale today. 1.048 og. 24 ibu. All base malt. May just add aroma hops to give it something more!
